UI Design
I began on paper, working out a solid feel for the game. I did a lot of market research of various approaches to GUI for roguelites, which aided in the user-flow for the wireframes that I created before I started working on the final UI Assets. The end goal was to make a couch co-op game that was approachable for both gamers and non-gamers.
