By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service as outlined below.

I reserve the rights to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio, I'm happy to delay sharing work on projects until their release, please ask when making your initial request.

I retain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

Commissioned work including commissioned work, can NOT be uploaded to any machine learning ("AI") platforms, nor is it to be used as training data for any machine learning ("AI") datasets.
My work is also NEVER to be uploaded as NFT's or used in blockchain based projects.

Me, the artist:

• Maintain the rights to post my work in any form on any platform.
• Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising if I wish.
• Will honour your request if you do not wish to have your commissioned art visible publicly.
• Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, the client -

• May utilise work for commercial and personal projects.
• May not modify my work without permission, please reach out first!
• May not use the commissioned work for any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs, cryptocurrencies and any future inventions in that space.

• May not use the commissioned work for any Machine Learning ("AI") related technology, this includes as training data for AI Image generators, or uploading my work to any diffusion models, alongside any future inventions in that space.

Payment & Refunds -

• Payments will be upfront through paypal, for larger bundles a deposit of 50% is required before wok will begin.

• Full Refund is Available before the work has begun, I can also allow partial refunds if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your commission.

• The price already includes PayPal Tax
